1. The Committee shall have control over the courses of the Club and may open or close any or all of them, as well as determine the usage of buggies, whether for particular class of play or for particular occasions or reasons otherwise as the Committee may think fit. In cases of emergencies, the Captain or any Management Committee member assigned by him or in their absence the General Manager / Golf Manager may exercise the powers of the Committee.
2. Commencement of Play
• All players must register and be verified of all particulars including their handicap and golf insurance before commencing play on any of the courses.
• The commencement of normal play shall begin only from the 1st and the 10th Tee at the Putra Course and Kelana Course.
• Official tee-off time for the Putra Course is 7:00 a.m. and is usually signalled with a sound of a siren. Ordinary members shall have priority before 7:30 a.m. on weekdays
• Official tee-off time for the Kelana Course is first light but NOT earlier than 6:45 a.m. on all days. Ordinary members shall have priority before 7:30 a.m.
• A flight must comprise at least 2 ordinary members to be allowed to tee-off before 7:30 a.m. on both courses.
• Players commencing play on either the Putra Course or the Kelana Course are advised to continue play on the second nine at the same course.
• Official tee-off times on the Putra Course and for booking at the Kelana Course shall be regulated by the Official Starting Times mentioned below (except approved matches or competitions):

Should there be delay on Official Starting Times due to inclement weather, the Official Booked Times shall remain. The flight that missed their Booked Time shall follow immediately after the last Booked Time Flight in order of sequence.
